Post-war Canada had many products that were all in very high demand. Some products include, gas and oil, used for the new technology developed. With Canada's growing population, this meant more people needed food, homes, and transportation. So, many of Canada's industries like lumber, and fishing, boomed because they were in even higher demand. The money made by the government was not put to waste, however. The Canadian government invested this new profit and created more jobs for Canadian people and projects that would strengthen the economy.
